Whenever I think of PF Flyers, I think of that epic scene in the movie "The Sandlot". Right before jumping the fence to face THE BEAST, Benny ceremoniously takes off his old Center Canvas High Tops and slips on a brand new pair. “Shoes guaranteed to make a kid run faster and jump higher…PF Flyers.” Needless to say, Benny leaped over that fence and outran THE BEAST until he befriended it in the end. Incredible. Now, whenever I have to face a beast, whenever I have to push myself to the limit-to run faster or to jump higher-I look down at my feet and smile. Because there I see my very own pair of PF Flyers Center High Tops; The Sandlot Edition, of course.
