1-Are you selling old stock that has been around since these shoes were first produced or are these new shoes? Our stock is made up of new shoes that are bought directly from the manufactuer. 2-Why do you only show a few sizes in many of the styles you offer? We only show the sizes that we have in stock in each style. The vast majority of the shoes we carry are produced only in limited quantities. Many colors were only offered for a limited time and are no longer available. 3-I ordered shoes and received a notice that you were sold out. You showed the product available, then didn't ship it, what's up? Our inventory is updated daily, not after each sale. When we arrive at work in the morning, we may have 5 orders for a size and only have 3 pairs in that size. We never charge your card for the merchandise until we have it pulled from stock and have it ready to ship. So, if we're out of stock......your card is not charged. We will email you to let you know we were out of stock. 4-Why won't you take an order for something you don't have in stock, or place a style on backorder when out of stock? Most of the shoes we sell are only produced in limited quantities, or are only produced once or twice a year. The manufacturers don't keep them in stock, so we have no means of reordering. Instead of backordering shoes we are out of stock in, we place your information in our "Wish List" database. The next time we receive your size in the style we cancelled, we email you and advise you that it is now available. 5-You don't show my size in a certain style, can I get you to email me (if) and when they become available? Sure, on each shoe page, there is a button to click that says "don't see your size?" If you will click it and fill out the form, we will email you the day your request becomes available. Note not all styles will become available again.............but if it does, we'll email you even if it's two years from now. 6-I'm into "Originals" big time, but don't know which shoes are going to be produced again. Can you please tell me what's coming out? Send us your email address and ask to be put on our newsletter list. We send out newsletters on occasion to let you know what new shoes will become available and when. We will not sell your email address to any other source. 7-Do you have other colors and styles you are not showing on your web site? We show every style and ever color and every size we have on the site within 24 hours of receiving the product. We do our own photography and site inventory updates. The site is our main means of selling this product. We show everthing we have available to sell. 8-Why don't you have shoes that you know will sell made up for you so we can buy them? Recently most manufacturers have eliminated special make-ups from their lines. They want to keep the quantites available very limited........to keep the demand up for their products. 9-Why don't you carry Nike? We've been a Nike dealer since 1966. We've always done a great job for them and they are our largest supplier. They will not, however, allow us to sell their products online at the present time. We are hopeful that they will in the future.
